Pro Finder AI users can request the deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
How to request account deletion

Use the in-app Delete Account option
You may delete your account directly through the Delete Account option available inside your Pro Finder AI account. This is the fastest method and removes your data immediately upon confirmation.

Request deletion by email
You may also request account deletion by sending an email to support@profinderai.com. Use the button below to open your email application with the correct subject line pre-filled.

Use the subject: Account Deletion Request. This helps our team identify and prioritize your request.

Send from your account email
Send the request from the email address associated with your Pro Finder AI account, or clearly include the account email address in your message.

Verify account ownership
Our team may contact you to verify account ownership before processing an email-based deletion request.

Deletion is processed
After verification, the account deletion request will be processed.
What will be deleted
When an account deletion request is completed, the user's Pro Finder AI account and personal data associated with that account will be deleted, except for information that Pro Finder AI may be required to retain for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, payment record, dispute resolution, or legitimate business record-keeping purposes.
Some information may remain in system backups for a limited period before being permanently removed according to applicable data retention procedures.
