Professionals are responsible for their own tax obligations, including reporting income from transactions processed through the platform. Payment processing fees may apply and are disclosed before each transaction.

The marketplace allows professionals to post service listings, offers, and promotions. Listings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading. ProFinder AI reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable laws. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent or prohibited activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProFinder AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding twelve months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProFinder AI Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support. ProFinder AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.
